I made reservations through Budget to pick a 24ft truck for this past Thursday. I called the shop first but was told to contact Budget directly. Thursday 8am sharp when I arrived they had no truck for me and being it's the end of the month I couldn't find a large moving van anywhere. So, after driving around a couple of hours I called and spoke to whomever it was that answered the phone and was told he was at a Dr appt he couldn't help me!! I called the closest Budget truck rental to see if maybe they could help me and was told unfortunately this type of thing happens all the time there!! I finally was able to find 2 small 15 ft trucks from uhaul but I was 3 hours late to our job!! This was one of our biggest clients since opening our business and not only did it make us look unprofessional the guy I spoke to over the phone was very rude!! I will never rent another truck from them again!!
