Electric is shut off for days at a time and he will not refund your money. Other utilities as well. DOES NOT provide any amenities, even housekeeping. Many residents are drunks who fight and make scenes most of the time. Currently has many code violations for this rundown slum. Do yourself a FAVOR and RUN AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL PLACE.
