I just called to see if they were accepting new patients. The first call was an answering service since the entire office was at lunch. I called back after the time provided on the message. The second call I stayed on the hold a little over six (6) minutes. When they picked up the phone to actually speak they hung up as if they weren't sure how to operate the phone. This call occurred at 2:30pm EST on a Wednesday.
