The Brick Restaurant

Horrible service. Ok food. Specifically the kitchen made a big mistake and forgot one dish that forced one dinner to wait an extra 15 min after everyone was served. Luis who had a terrible attitude from the beginning, apologized with a very nasty attitude where it was plain to see he was not genuine. He then sarcastically offered to take the dish off the check, which we agreed with. When he brought the check he added 18% tip for himself, which we refused to pay, not because of the kitchen’s mistake, but for his bad attitude and poor service. Then he confirmed that our decision was correct when he retaliated by adding back the charge for the dish that he had already promised to take off the bill arguing that we could no longer get it for free since we refused his tip. There was no manager or any supervisors, just a crew ruining a perfectly fine establishment and ruining a dining experience. Too bad because the food was relatively good.
