I have shopped this store twice in one month and can’t believe the rudeness of Lisa, one of two associates working the floor.
The first encounter she was rude and crumbled up my new shirt into the bag. The second time her first words were “No”. Hasn’t anyone taught you to be more tackfulBecause after you gave me bad news the real answer was just the opposite.
I listened to you gossip on the floor and say Joseph will just have to deal with it. I watched you as my mother was ready to check out but you told her you were waiting on me to come Tothe register with my items before you would help her.
Finally, when my transaction was done you crumpled my shirt up again before putting it into the bag. All along telling my mother they laid off so many employees that you had to focus on checking in stock and it was hard to cover the register.
Tell me, because you are an outlet store does the company tell you that you can be rude and provide less than adequate service?
