Horrible experience!! I went to sit down in one of the premium massage chairs and one of the retail employees come over and says " Let me help you with that" I said "no thank you" I know how to use the chair and the remote control". That was totally not ok he said "No I have to set the demo mode its store policy" and he proceeded to snatch the remote from my hands. I asked him how is this store policy? Ive been to many othe Brookstones and I never been told I had to be supervised in order to use the massage chair. His excuse is that people break the chair and that's why there is a store policy. Its very offensive and rude to do that to customers I am not a child. Remove the massage chaairs of the floor if it is such a problem! Stupid massage chair is like the forbidden tree of the store. Beware if you dare to use it!
