Brookwood Club Apartments

I just renewed my lease at Brookwood Club for another year. I have been here 10 plus years. Before renewing I considered a number of factors and several stood out. First the during the storms of 2017, a number people I know in Jacksonville, who own their homes, complained of power losses, ours were minimal. I also noticed the property management was there each day surveying the property and doing what they could for residents safety. Second my rent did increase, when I inquired about the increase the property manager sat down with me and explained what factors were involved and she did it to my complete satisfaction and believe me I asked questions. If someone were ask me about apts. I would tell them Brookwood Club deserves their consideration.
