This public transit system has to be amongst the top 5 in America. Although not all of the bus drivers are rude, it seems to be the culture for most of the BCT bus drivers. Super nasty and cruel. The cleanliness of the buses are not that great either, but I do see some effort in cleaning them. As far as punctuality, they have no regard for being on time. The buses never arrive or depart on time. If you have to be somewhere important you need to catch the bus super early or be super late. I know the common saying “if you don’t like the bus get a car” ...trust me. It’s in the works. The BCT lacks great professional and care for its patrons and Broward county officials should truly make it a top priority to improve it.
