Awesome Service! I don't normally leave reviews but Stephanie was super helpful. She went above and beyond her regular duties to give me great details on how to lower my insurance and get the best coverage in a policy. She even gave me a dummy proof instructions on how to maximize my discounts. I highly recommend!

The team at Brown Insurance has done a fantastic job with my auto, homeowners, and now even my business insurance needs. On the business policies in particular, I was very aware that I didn't know what I really needed. And after much frustration with another agency that wanted to force-fit my business into their own "mold", I realized how much I really needed to be able to ask questions & get advice from an agent who would take the time to understand what my true needs are. I went to Brown Insurance, and my agent(s) have done just that. It's great - a true pleasure - to deal with people who still value my needs as much as I value the needs of my own customers.
