Booked 2 weeks in advance and then 2 days before they call to tell me they have no trucks. I had one day to move. I ended up going with Uhaul and they got me a truck without any issues. I called Budget to cancel and they put me on hold 20 minutes and then it went straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail with my order # and stated I wanted my reservation canceled. I find out 3 days later they charged my credit card $50 no show fee. For a truck I canceled and a truck that did not even exist. Never again, Uhaul was worth the extra money.
