No wonder babies r us is going out of business! If they had customer service like this buybuybaby, they could have saved themselves (obviously a joke). Marlene and Nicole were GREAT with helping me . I came in to buy a white noise machine and they sold me two ! One for home , and one for on the go . The baby had claimed our cell phone for it's white noise app. It is no longer hers ! We love our project nursery white noise machine !

Customer Service Second to None! Our car seat canopy was lost by the airline while in transit home to the Bahamas and I was unable to source one on-line. Louis and George in Strollers arranged to sell me a canopy from a car seat in stock! Helpful, understanding problem solvers! PS: The store is loaded and compares to a warehouse showroom. Impressive. G
