I ride those trails almost every day. I also spend a lot of time around Cactus Jacks and have never seen Rob or his staff disregard any horse that may even show the slightest bit of being lame. I have read some of the reviews that say differently. Rob is very concerned about his horses and is extremely caring when it comes to those horses and their health. To see a poor review baffles me because I have never seen anyone leave Cactus Jacks unhappy. I personally would recommend Cactus Jacks Trail Rides, and if you know anything about horses you would know those horses are well cared for. Happy Trails.
