Waited over 2 hours for a bus for a company retreat. Over 30 families were told to meet by 7am or bus would leave. No one answered phone for an hour...when we called...oh our driver was a no show no call...when called back about a status...oh I was trying to find you a driver...but had to hang up cause you were calling. Said bus was in route...but as of now we are still waiting for the bus...been over an hour and called back no one answers. Poor customer service and service recovery.
