Capogna's Dugout

Great food. Service, not the best. As I frequent Capogna's I knew there was an early bird special menu. It wasn't offered, just the regular menu, I had to ask (it was 5:30pm). The waitress was non existent until food was ready. She was pleasant, just stealth. I would still recommend, just make sure your server is not distracted.

How often can you give a five star review after one of the worst meals of your life? I have been eating at Capona's a few times a week for about a month. Last visit I had the worst burger I have ever had. Seriously. I thought a cheeseburger in a bar was a bullet proof order. But from bun to meat to toppings...I can't describe how awful it was. If this is your burger, just yank it from the menu. Otherwise start over from square one. Why five stars? Every other visit the food and service have been good and on the burger from beyond hell visit- my server stepped up IMMEDIATELY and made it right. Capona's, you have a customer and advocate for life!
