Captain Car Wash

I feel like I expected so much more based off the reviews and was entirely disappointed. Captain car was was recommended to me by quite a few people and after reading the reviews i was excited to take my car there. Well being 7 months pregant and starting to nest i would have stopped at nothing to have my car cleaned today , so I drove an hour and waited for a little while to find that i could have had a better wash at a $6 gas station wash .. there were several spots completely missed including the licence plate the wheel wells underneath all the door handles and the interior door jams looked like they quickly went over it with a damp rag .. needless to say my white car has zebra stripes.. and the interior vacuum was a joke they got the front 2 mats really good but the back and the trunk looked untouched and the 4 little cherry air fresheners that were literally set on the floor board stopped smelling after my hour drive back home... as far as friendly staff 2 gentlemen actually seemed like they wanted to be there everyone else wouldn't say a work and quickly jumped from car to car .. for my first time here I am completely let down... it was refreshing to hear that everyone else who left a review got a beautiful clean detailed car ... just stinks I got skipped this time
