I scheduled an appointment for 930 am. It froze the night before so the carpet cleaning technician called me and told me we’d have to wait til 1030 when the equipment thawed out. I agreed. I met him at the house and he worked on the van until almost 1:00 then told me it broke down and he could not do my carpets I should call someone else. I understand it wasn’t the technicians fault directly, but I was kind of irritated that I had to stay there all day and still didn’t get my carpets cleaned. I was not offered a reschedule or a discount or anything. I do not recommend this carpet cleaner.
