HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! They will cause you to go out of business due to their lack of knowledge and BAD customer service. First encounter with this company they sent in the IFTA paperwork with errors therefore the DMV rejected the paperwork, which means they had to correct their errors and my company had to be placed in que for another 3 weeks, I had to send someone to pick the IFTA for me at the DMV. 2nd encounter with this same company they failed to file/ report one of my IFTA filings therefore DMV would not give me the IFTA the following year, as for the IRP renewal they failed to report my Florida mileage and attach the 2290 which put me past the due date and I was penalized $250 all because of their laziness. The staff are rude, lazy, and as very little to no knowledge whatsoever as too what they are doing. My Rep was Effirian and Helen Rodriquez they both are horrible representatives that lack knowledge of their job.
