It is March 18, 2018. Do not give this business your money! They charge for room service cleaning ! They will charge you for one night if you cancel your reservations. Some units are privately own. The valet does not speak English and will make you valet your own car then take your keys. The beds are horrible but that could be a personal issue due to me having a sleep number so nothin compares!!!!They do not tell you check out time ! Which is 10am check in was 3 p.m. but because the hotel we booked that has been closed for months after the storm emailed me that they would make reservations for another hotel, we got a private own room. They could have checked us in earlier but the customer service was poor! The people working here are respectful people but the valet is a pain! He doesn’t respond acknowledge or answer anyone who does not speak Spanish!!!!
