Even though they can't figure out the price before hand, it says $70 per test and 14 tests in the billing received months after. Disputed transaction with office for months but they never call back or follow up like promised. See all reviews for this doc at all locations. Choose wisely, you have been warned. I recommend any other ENT in Jax.
