Chase Bank

Though I was seen within 15 minutes my experience at this branch is uncomfortably awkward. I walked it it was quiet and a little empty I’m like yes then I signed in and sat and waited patiently when the 15 minutes came I asked how much longer and I was pulled to an agent about 5 minutes later. Ok I’m like good so the teller shakes my hand very loosely as if not to touch me and I introduced myself but he never gave his name he walked ahead of me almost making me walk into another gentleman . He sat me in his cubie asked me for my ids and then for ten minutes dead silence I felt like I was on a job interview lol then he leaves and comes back with two papers and is like sign these so I ask what am i signing he seemed to get frustrated that I asked but just stated a signature card for showing your if . I’m like okay then he leaves and doesn’t return for another 10 minutes. maybe this was a bad idea luckily bank I online. I just need to come this one time.
