The quality of the food was poor. We love Chili's restaurants; however, this franchise is not up to Chili's standards. I ordered the Buffalo chicken salad. The lettuce was wilted. My6 husband ordered the ribeye steak medium rare. The steak was overcooked and looked well done.
Our waitress, Lauren, was outstanding. She us the only reason our experience was OK.
The hostesses were two young females. They were rude, inattentive and should not be the first people you see upon entering. Actually they should not be in the service industry as neither are mature enough to hold such important positions.
