HORRIBLE!!!
We ordered two dishes and got the completely wrong dishes. When we called to ask them to bring us the proper dishes, they first couldn't find our order. After 5 minutes of repeatedly giving my address they finally found it. When I told them the order was wrong, they argued with me about how I was wrong. I'm sorry but honey chicken and sweet and sour chicken are NOT the same thing, and no amount of convincing is going to make me magically believe that. He kept talking over me and refused to fix my issue. The guy on the phone started cursing at me, so I hung up. He called me numerous other times but I refused to answer because I will not be cursed at. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had to call my bank to reverse charges.
