Chuck's Odd Cuples Cafe

What a great place to meet the locals! We entered on Sunday around noon and the place was packed with mostly elderly locals. The food is cheap, the coffee is great, and the portion sizes are small - which I appreciate because for lunch I don't want to be super full. There's also breakfast served at all hours during the weekend.
