City Walk Urban Mission

Love this place! And the new location is wonderful - so much more room and easy parking. It's hard to go to a thrift store to find something specific, and today I was just browsing, but I found a kitchen appliance that was similar to one I had sitting in my Amazon cart. Tony, one of the owners, let me make sure it was working before I bought it, which I so appreciate. I've only been home an hour and I'm having a blast playing with my new "toy". It looked brand new, the price was great, and it works perfectly. I also appreciate the "mission" behind this store - they are not there to make a CEO rich, they are there to raise money to help the homeless and most needy in our society. They also help those transitioning out of prison - something that very few are willing to do but which is so needed. I think that they price their items very fairly, especially when you consider that they have a mission to help the needy and that is where your money goes.
