I was searching for places in Miami to have my Tissot watch fixed. I asked the french guy (there are two of them one who claims his name is kevin and another marc) if he sends out the watches for repair or does them in house. They assured twice in person then another time on the phone that repairs were done in house. I called again and found out it was sent out. I was pissed. When I saw what they did to my watch I became so angry. It was botched and scratched and not professional. I yelled at them . They weren't the least concerned, and did not have an itemized bill, just a $70 dollar charge for a replaced battery and gluing an time index on the watch face and inserting a small pin in the wrist band. They definitely scammed me - the index fell off and the watch is now completely dead. Definitely avoid them they lie straight faced and have really bad service and breath! This really should be zero stars too.
