I called this company on July 10th and spoke with Debbie about getting an estimate for (7) skylights for my home. I was initially told I am right outside of their service area. After I explained to her about my first call to this company she was eager to work with me. She proceeded to tell me that their main sales rep Shane was on vacation until July 17th but she will have him call me when he returns on July 17th...I said that will be his first day back, are you sure he will have time to call? Her response was yes. I delayed calling anyone else for an estimate based on the conversation we had and her sharing how experienced and knowledgeable Shane was. She informed me that he can most likely talk to me over the phone but in case that is not productive she would set up an appointment for Aug 2nd. Let's jump to July 17th, NO CALL! I suspected this would happen so I waited until July 18th...NO CALL!! I called and asked to speak to Debbie but was told she was "in a meeting"...I proceeded to explain to Caroline my disappointment with not receiving a call and she responds, "so do you still want your appointment on Aug 2nd?" I'm sure you can guess my response...I shared with Caroline a very important message "COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS!" If you remember anything from this conversation, remember that...
