Customer service is ok, could be much better,if they treated customers like a person rather than just a number. I don't understand why, I constantly have to call them to find out where my medications are. They used to have a driver to deliver them.Now,it's by mail. Totally ,Lacking in the customer service area. Also, when calling , nobody seems to know what's going on.Very, Frustrating,when you're waiting on important medications than You REALLY need, & Doctor requires patient to take on a timely manner. It now just seems like it is just, corporate, & uncompassionately,Cold,& uncaring. Take a ticket,because,that's what you are to them,a Number as opposed to a Human.Employees there, make you feel like an Annoyance when you call there. I don't know how they are even still in business, and with their Future is Questionable in my opinion. The 2 Stars, is Generous. To say the Least.
