Compounding Docs

After years of doing business with this company, their service has deteriorated to virtually NOTHiNG! They don’t return phone calls, shipped me the wrong medication, I have called every day for a week and still have no resolution. Mallory is polite but accomplished nothing as she is waiting on her “supervisor” Chuck, who interestingly enough is also the pharmacist. He won’t own up to his mistake and won’t return my call. So I still do not have the medication I am to be taking every day. Run away from this company, if that’s what they can even be called. If I could have given zero stars it would have been more appropriate than one.
