Consulate of Spain in Miami

Worst experience ever. They have a new girl who is learning and knows nothing. She is totally slow and good for nothing. They should get proper training and teach them at least how to say good morning and at least apologize when they make errors. This woman made me waste time and money plus she was totally rude and careless!
