Went to get a massage, fill, and pedicure. But.....problems....when arrived my therapist did not show, had to wait 30 minutes. Starting to stress, so they came and told me they will give me pedicure and manicure first. I did not like idea, but they insisted. They gave me pedicure first, than fills. While getting massage toes got messed up. At end of massage (which was great) I was dissatisfied with the way they serviced me. So when I complained that I had to stay an extra 2 hours (9am-2pm), my services should have been complete by noon. I was offered a comp pedicure. I felt insulted. My entire day was shot, and I left in more stress than I got there. I felt I should have been comped the entire service. I feel their customer service needs improvement.
