I recently brought my 2004 Honda Element in to fix a broken window part, and my service there was prompt, professional and courteous and with a nice sense of humor. They checked to see if the part was in stock, and I made an appointment at a great time in the early afternoon on a Thursday, so my car was fixed while I waited. I've brought our two Hondas in for service before and I've always been impressed with their efficient professionalism. I have never had a bad experience there, and that's saying something these days.

I came in for services this past week. Keith was communicative and excellent with informing me of issues found during the multi-point inspection. He let me know what was covered and what wasn't covered by my warranty and quickly assisted in getting me into a rental car. Keith was also very quick to return any messages left on his voicemail. I hope to do repeat business with Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda and Keith.
