We stayed at Courtside Villas for about 5 months while our new house was being built. It was great to have everything included in the price, including the cable and cleaning service. They fixed issues promptly and the staff was very nice. Some equipment can use updating, and we do wish they did a little more to have been able to stay there safely during the hurricane. But those were the only concerns. One huge positive was how flexible they were with dates. When we needed to extend, they accommodated us immediately. And the location is fantastic, walking distance to shopping restaurants and LA Fitness. We would definitely recommend Courtside Villas as a short term place to live.
