Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville Airport Northeast

First the positive. The room was spacious and well appointed. The remodel is outstanding. That said I would be hard pressed to name a hotel from a Holiday Inn Express to a top line Marriott that doesn’t offer free coffee in the lobby or free breakfast for that matter. While The Bistro is a nice concept and seemed to be reasonably priced, it seemed to be a real deficiency to not offer free coffee and tea. They do have coffee available in the rooms but the coffee maker is terrible. It’s a small thing that would make a big difference.

My room was clean and fresh. Bed extremely comfortable. Staff was kind. I want to give Ms. Rosa in housekeeping a special thanks for going above and beyond. Thanks Ms. Rosa
