My wife and I are locals and have frequented Crafty Crust quite a few times. We used to be rather impressed by the quality, and as most locals know, there's not a lot of quality pizza in the area.
However, the past couple times we've eaten there the quality has gone way down hill. This most recent time we ordered the Broccoli Rabe, and was disappointed. The crust itself was flavorful (heavy on the butter and garlic), however the texture was soggy and unappetizing. When holding the pizza the toppings would literally sag off leaving you with essentially sauce and a little cheese on each bite. Honestly, the quality was akin to Sal's which isn't saying much.
Hopefully the quality improves from this last experience.
