Dropped by twice with small issues, one they fixed for $20 (installed new connector for the battery) the other Mike applied some lube (for free) until I could get the money for the repair. For replacing 3 belts they asked for $158. Pep Boys wanted $284 and others were more than 300. Very professional place, has a "big dealership" service dept. feel but small-town/nieghborly friendly attitude. There is a older friendly guy up front and often Mike - both are great. Their service mechanics know what they are doing and you get personal care; if a "clunk or thunk" is involved - often a mechanic pops out when you drop off the car for you to point out exactly what you are worried about. And they did not make me feel like an idiot, explained everything very professionally. I always worry about being female and just getting ripped off (experience) - not happened here. They are very fair, friendly and helpful. Top service for a low price - just wish I had found them sooner!
