Giving a Star is upsetting. The staff in the office seems nice at times, (face to face) but their phone customer service is very poor. There is no such thing as "management". Every month they cut the water off for a few hours. Some times it has been more that once a month and then tell you that same day as if that's "notice". I can't wait to move out. The mold that's in the AC vents smells. It has a toxic smell through out the day that comes and goes. They over charge for units that has been "patched up" for decades. This has been the worse apt I've ever lived. However, my building is fairly quite for the most part.
