Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Never have I been hung up on twice talked to with no respect and on hold for close to 30 minutes. I never will recommend these people to anyone. I don't know how a company can allow this to continue. shame!!!

This place has the worst customer service ever. We walked in for visas to Cuba, and the workers didn't acknowledge us and they annoyed we were there for services. I WILL NEVER go to this place again. Lo peor. No vayan a perder el tiempo ni el dinero en este lugar. Gente maleducada y grosera.
