CubeSmart Self Storage

Ive had my storage unit for over 2 years with them. Everything was fine until just recently I noticed rat droppings all in the hallway. when I got to my storage unit opened it up and it was filled with rat dropping. All of the chair cushions, head board with the leather stinks. When I say something the only thing that could be said is" we can call truly nolen for you". This place used to be great 2 years ago clean nice presentable. But now its not being taking care of like before. I will start the process of contacting corporate and demanding a change. Update on what happened to my storage situation: Teela gave me a call and tried to correct the situation. I could tell she was sincere and I know its not facilities fault that people are bringing in food to store in their storage (who does that, I think people are getting more stupid and no common sense anymore) She offered to spray the storage unit through truly nolen. but I didn't carryout with it because that wouldn't stop mices if people r still storing food in their units. But Teela did what she could do and was very kind and I kind of feel sorry for her because their is so much a company can do to please customers because people are only looking for free stuff while other people are working very hard to put a roof over their heads. I'm just waiting now to hear what they will do reinburst my time and some of our wedding designs we had to throw away. If not I'm still impress with cubesmart and their 2 employees on how they contacted me and tried to resolve my problems
