This place is a nightmare first of all crack heads,drunks walk up and down the street day and night. Almost everyday that I was living their witch was the year 2016 everytime I go and throw out the garbage I see rats. They also have a mayjor plumbing issue I would come home sometimes to she human feces everywhere. But that not the worst part they don't fix the road properly so there always pot holes. Their are so many pot holes to the point where it looks like am doing donuts because I keep trying to go around them. I almost for got they work with a tow truck company that tows your car at night I seen this company tow cars that where in guest parking spots and the people run out and catch them and guess what they drop their cars because they know their where in the wrong.
