Arrived late, barely listened to what I wanted done and even though I'd scheduled both a manicure and a pedicure, I couldn't be bothered to remain for the pedicure after the unprofessional way I was treated for my manicure.
THey did do a good job on the manicure itself and it lasted quite some time.
