So I just decided to change my own oil for my 2013 Tundra after having it changed at this place last and found that they used the wrong filter element, it was 1.5" too short so the oil just went around. Anyone who has a vehicle that requires elements instead of traditional spin-on filters knows that the fit of the element is extremely important to force the oil through it. Basically I've been driving around for 5,000 miles (paid for full synthetic, who knows what I got) with no filter. I'm extremely pissed off but I guess it's my fault for assuming that people are honest and competent.... the tires I got at the same time were a decent deal but I would stay away from any type of engine service at the Davie Tire Outlet!!
Also, I would post a pic of the old and new filter side by side but this review does support pics...
