Every time I call Day & Evening I am asked "is this an emergency, or can you hold?" I always have to wait over 5 minutes until someone comes back on the line. The last time I visited the hospital, I was the only one in the waiting room and three receptionist were just sitting there talking to each other. The phone rang and once again the receptionist asked the caller, "Is this an emergency, or can you hold?" That is when I realized that this is a normal practice they make each customer go through in order to listen to their advertisements/commercials while they are on hold. Neither of the receptionist were doing anything and I watched as they kept the caller on hold for over 5 minutes. I also find the receptionist very unfriendly and rude. The vet is a great doctor if you have the time to wait on hold for over 5 minutes every time you call, and don't mind an unfriendly receptionist staff that treats customers very poorly. I called once again this morning for an appointment, and was asked again "Is this an emergency, or can you hold?" This is the first negative review I have ever provided but I felt it was necessary to warn all customers and potential customers on how they run the front desk. As of today, I will find a more customer friendly vet clinic for my two dogs.
