I wish I could give zero stars. When I dropped my car off I was told it would take 3 weeks AND I would be given frequent updates. First of all it took them four days to contact my insurance company. Long story short I have had to call and beg to get updates. Emails go unanswered. We are going on 6 weeks now and I still don't have my car. I also have no answers. My insurance stopped paying for my rental at 4 weeks. So now I am paying out of pocket for a rental. By the way...the damage tou Audi was minor. A woman backed into my rear quarter panel!!!!! Avoid this place!!
