Purchased an IPhone 7S Saturday September 2nd at Volusia Mall. As I began using the phone, those that I spoke with kept saying I sounded muffled. They couldn't hear me and I would have to call them back from another phone. I work out of town had to help open the evacuation shelter during Irma, so I was not able to get through to the Sprint store until 17 days after purchase.
I was told that I was out of time to have the phone looked at by Sprint. They said for me to drive to Orlando and the Apple dealer might help me or replace this brand new phone. I've been a Sprint customer since they were Nextel. I paid full price for my plan which includes two other devices. Now I'm left paying a bill that is $200 per month and I have a phone that I cannot even use as a phone.
Stay far far away from the Sprint dealer at the mall.......I wish I had.
