These folks are absolutely the worst!!!!! This company was recommended by a family member to my wife an I. They came out back in March and installed The concrete curbing along my drive way and front garden. Jaime which is the owners soon educated me on what colors I should choose so I do not have fading problems later on since I wanted something dark. I went with his recommendation which is called Coral Beige (same color used at a family members house several months prior to my job). They went ahead and installed the curbing in a breeze. Just overnight, the color started to fade without any sun hitting it. Within 3 days, the color looked nothing like what we chose and currently have fading on the entire Curb.
I immediately called Jaime who installed the curbing, he and his wife or girlfriend which where here during the install did not answer my multiple calls and text messages the following days and weeks. I went ahead and decided to call the owner instead. The owner Gordon to begin with was a bit rude as I was clearly frustrated that they did a bad job and were not taking any responsibility nor an effort to fix it. Gordon then advised that the color that I chose was not a color that they installed and that it was known to them that, that color fades and they no longer use it. He went on to say that I pressured his son to use that color ( when instead his actually recommended that color and Gordon had use that same exact color with my family members home). I sent him pictures and then he realized that yes they may have made a mistake and HE was personally going to come and check it out to find a solution to the problem.
It has now been 4 months, no one answers my calls. Every phone number they gave me goes directly to voicemail. All emails that I send to them, no one replies. This is by far the worst experience that I have ever had and I 1000% completely regret using these folks. Bad business, they take your money and leave.
Unfortunately, if no one ever replies or tries to fix this from that company within the next 2 months. I will have to take this to court. It sucks to have to go to those lengths, but I paid almost $1,000 for this job that now looks HIDEOUS and I have to get it redone if they never fix it.
