Deer Run Animal Hospital

We brought our new puppy to this veterinarian's office. The experience was just ok. Nothing bad, but nothing stellar either. I felt like the employees were just "doing their jobs" instead of really caring about the animals. We're at a new vet now and the difference is astounding. You can tell everyone In that office genuinely cares about our pup. Also, one occasion, a dog peed in the waiting room. I told the receptionist, however no attempt was made to clean the area. Even after I left my appointment, the pee was still there. That says a lot about the cleanliness, and still grosses me out.
