Delph Fishing

Have fished with him for years. He ALWAYS comes thru. Always pleasant. His son, the mate, is the most knowledgeable, helpful mate I've ever run across and I've fished all over the world. Never heard anything bad about him and I've fished with him for about 15 years. I'm extremely surprised there is a poor review here. Probably posted by someone Billy beat in a tournament and they are trying to get even.
