The best service I have ever received was provided by the person who personally provided me with so much help at Delray Honda. Her name is Kathleen and every time I've needed service, she was not only there to provide excellent service but treated me with so much concern and care that I actually look forward to having my car serviced. I'm an older woman, a senior citizen, who knew nothing about how to take care of my car. She taught me what I needed to do in the present and long term for the future. But she did more than this: The respect and concern she demonstrated was extraordinary and I will always be using Delray Honda because of her kindness and professionalism.
