I absolutely love the pizza; always delicious and fantastic, but the service is abysmal. Delivery drivers are excellent and super nice, but something is always forgotten, no matter if we order delivery or carryout, we've been missing extra sauce, all the drinks, or even entire pizzas. The terrible service is a main point of hesitation when deciding for or against Domino's as a food choice. I'm not expecting restaraunt service... or even good service, but waiting at the counter for 10-15 minutes as the only customers, staring at our completed order, and with 6 employees all hanging around, each occasionally making eye contact only to look away as if they hadn't noticed is pretty rediculous. I've been going to this Domino's location for 20 years, but would galdly order from another if the next one wasn't 2 towns over.
