I ordered carry out and when I arrived the screen said my order was ready. The young man couldn’t find my pizza and politely said that he thought it was still in the oven and would check. The pizza was not in the oven because it was never made. It would have been okay if someone bothered to say they were sorry for the oversight or that they were sorry I had to wait 45 minutes for a pizza. Instead, I got a “here ya go” and when I said thank you I received a “no problem”. Very poor customer service.
